About Neeta
Neeta made a natural transition into real estate in 2022- after closing her pop-up boutique which ran for nearly 20 years! Over time, Neeta has developed deep relationships, rooted in trust, with her clients. She has a long history of creating genuine relationships with her clients, many of whom over the years have become dear friends.

Neeta brings a depth of sales experience, cultivated over many years, with a knack for matching unique products with her clients' varying needs.

Her client’s needs always come first, and above everything else. Neeta has a history of going above and beyond to surpass and satisfy her clients.

She has a gentle hand in guiding her clients to see another point of view, or available options, that are not too far out of their comfort zones. At the end of the day, It is all about trust, empathy & caring.

As a native Marylander, raised in Annapolis, graduated from UMD, a resident of Howard County since 2003, and actively involved in her Sikh Temple in Silver Spring, for 48 years, Neeta knows Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery & Prince George’s counties really well, in addition to Baltimore County too.

Neeta’s Sikh values, of doing service without expecting anything in return, being humble, living an honest & truthful life, helping those who are in need, and sharing your blessings with others, is similar to Compass’ values.

Neeta is the Coordinator of a weekly food drive that was conceptualized during the beginning of the pandemic, in 2020, and still going strong.

She works closely with the Capital Area Food Bank and Manna Foods.

Family and connections are extremely important to Neeta. Everyday she is motivated by her husband of over 30 years, her three children, her dog Millie, and by her extended family & friends!
