About Nia

Originally from San Jose, California, Nia is an established realtor who has worked on both the east coast and west coast. She began her real estate career 20 years ago in Washington D.C. and has been a premier agent in Los Angeles since 2012. In addition to her extensive real estate background, Nia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University in Business. Nia is a top-performing agent and has earned some of the industry’s most prestigious honors, including the International Sterling Social Award for the past four years, awarded only to the top 10% of agents worldwide.

As a premier agent, Nia takes an individualized, consumer-based approach when working with her clients. Whether she’s working with first-time buyers, established sellers, or investors, Nia takes each of their particular needs into consideration when helping them achieve their real estate goals. When working with buyers and area transplants, Nia helps educate them on different aspects of Los Angeles’ competitive market, while helping them navigate every aspect of the real estate transaction.
