Nick Abraham

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Nick has an intimate knowledge and appreciation of the unique lifestyle Coastal Orange County offers. Growing up, he spent most of his free time at the beach or traveling throughout Orange County for sports. Upon graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Psychology, Nick moved to Newport Beach to take a sales position with a pharmaceutical company. After several successful years in medical and device sales, Nick decided to make a jump into real estate and took a position with one of Newport’s highest producing real estate teams. Through three years with the team, Nick gained an invaluable foundation in contract knowledge, servicing luxury clientele and dealing with a wide variety or price points. Nick now brings his experience to Compass, where he focuses on representing Buyers and Sellers in the coastal communities of Corona del Mar, Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. Along with a strong business acumen, Nick believes the true differentiator in a real estate transaction is the Client experience. He personally oversees all aspects of the sale process and takes pride in proactively communicating with his Clients before questions or issues ever arise. When he is not working, Nick can be found working out, cooking or spending time with his dog Maximus.
