About Nick
Nick has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business. Nick has sold condos, co-ops, single and multi-family homes, and buildings with up to 40 units. He has sold, built, leased and owned close to $100 million of real estate in the last 20 years. He is the son of a landlord who owned and managed multifamily and motel properties for the last 60 years in NY and NJ.
His experience is deep and broad. Since he could take out the trash, or hold a tool he has been a handyman, property manager, rent collector, and problem solver. He spent over 8 years as a general contractor and developer. First and foremost he is a human being with a family and a dog, and he treats every human and transaction with reverence.
