Nicole’s personal experience, as the mom of three boys who have been through every level of Parkland’s A rated public schools, various organized sports and rec programs, I understand the value of my clients time.
Prior to real estate, I spent the first part of my career managing restaurants, nightclubs, golf course events, including almost 200 weddings, as well as assisting my husband in the yacht industry. Having been married into the marine and yacht industry, managing a luxury expectation with attention to detail, comes naturally.
Like many who fall in love with South Florida, I am a sunshine junkie, offshore fishing aficionado, a huge youth sports advocate, and college football enthusiast. When I’m not hustling houses, you’ll find me around the Parkland youth sports fields, boating, at the local farmers market, or one of our local dog parks. Out of public view, I’m usually enjoying some time on the piano, reading something from the historic fiction or non-fiction genre, or helping out with one of the many philanthropic opportunities that this city and its residents offer.
It is also why many of my out-of-town clients enjoy exploring our many parks, restaurants, and beaches as they do learning the ins and outs of the neighborhoods and houses. Along with my sidekick (my dog Waylon Jennings), I basically spend most of my free time enjoying all of the reasons why I love where we live!
