Whether you’re buying or selling a home, the most important investment of your life requires the guidance of a passionate, dedicated real estate professional. Anthony Caserio understands the emotional attachments and financial implications surrounding property as one’s residence and greatest asset. He also knows that your home should not only meet your needs, but reflect your sense of style.
Anthony came into the residential real estate business with a deep love of architecture, strong flair for interior design, and decade of experience in the fashion industry. This valuable combination has afforded him skills, and an eye for detail, that truly set him apart.
Since moving to New York City in 2005, Anthony developed a strong interest in real estate. He found his own charming West Village apartment, and has come to learn the unique qualities of Manhattan’s many distinctive neighborhoods. Whether you are buying, selling or renting in any area of Manhattan or Brooklyn, Anthony is focused on your satisfaction.
“I consider all the needs of my clients to ensure the best results. If you’re looking for your first home in the city, are moving up to something more luxurious, or want to be closer to the best schools for your kids, I’ll be your partner to make your dream become reality.”
Originally from the historic village of Flat Rock, NC, Anthony graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Fashion Design. He also studied abroad in Rome, Italy where he focused on architecture and interior design, with an emphasis on the Baroque Era. Prior to real estate, Anthony worked with high-profile clients at Saks Fifth Avenue, and helped Oscar de la Renta bring his ideas into execution. He loves using his aesthetic vision to transform a space, maximize possibilities, and increase home value.
When he’s not out showing properties or poring over architecture magazines, Anthony enjoys visiting Chelsea’s galleries and volunteering for good causes like Habitat for Humanity and American Cancer Society. He still resides in the West Village, with his cat Allegra.
