Prior to Compass, Confidence joined Stribling after a long career as an award-winning advertising copywriter. Since then, her sales have ranged from $130,000 to more than $10 million, and have included lofts, co-ops, condos and townhouses in Manhattan (from TriBeCa to Harlem) and Brooklyn, as well as one development project.
Confidence tries to be the best broker she can be by doing two things: first, she never misses a chance to learn everything possible about the technical side of the business - the buildings, their financial status, their architecture, their history. Second, she never forgets that the source of her business is almost entirely repeats and referrals, which means that her clients' best interests are her best interests.
Confidence gives special, personal service to every client, keeping in constant touch and returning e-mails within the hour. This has resulted in a number of long-term clients, some of whom she has worked with as many as six times.
