As a New York City native, Eric Marrus brings an innate knowledge and an unmistakable passion to every facet of his real estate work. From Harlem to Park Slope, Eric believes nothing is more rewarding and exhilarating than selling a piece of the city he loves.
An 11-year veteran of the industry, Eric has earned an impeccable reputation with clients and peers alike, while amassing over $230 million in real estate sales. For him, the true art of real estate is matching people with homes that perfectly fit their aesthetics and lifestyles. "This business is not just about properties, it’s about people’s lives and dreams. For me that's an incredibly important distinction that constantly informs the way I work."
Prior to real estate, Eric worked in advertising, spearheading a number of international campaigns for global brands. That experience taught him not only the importance of crafting notable marketing plans, but also how to thrive in the high pressure world of New York business — skills that continue to make Eric one of the most sought-after real estate professionals in the industry.
Eric holds a B.S. from the University of Vermont. He resides in Soho with his wife, two sons and their dog, Ollie. In his free time, Eric enjoys travel, cooking, photography and sports.
