Franco Medina started his real estate career as an intern during his senior year of college at a small start-up company. In 2011, after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Hartford, he began working full time on apartment rentals in Hartford, Connecticut. Gaining market knowledge and experience in apartment rentals, Franco became an apartment rental specialist.
In 2013, Franco decided to bring his talents back home to New York City. Franco quickly learned “the ropes” of sales, specializing in multi-family and development sales in Brooklyn and Queens. By applying his marketing and leasing expertise, Franco has made a name for himself as the “go-to” broker for commercial leasing. In 2015, Franco earned his Associate Broker license. Franco has cemented lasting relationships with developers, investors and real estate brokers through his past transactions.
With gross sales over $20 million, Franco has an arsenal of selling tools that help his clients sell their property at the highest possible price. To enhance the selling/buying experience, Franco's assistant ensures that each client gets the attention and service they deserve. Born in Peru, Franco came to New York City at a very young age. He grew up in Bayside, Queens, and speaks fluent Spanish. Residing in vibrant Bushwick, he is stimulated by the energetic, artistic community the area has become. In his free time Franco enjoys fine dining, traveling, playing soccer and hanging out with his dog Milo.
