Gramercy Park and Greenwich village
"I find history, particularly New York's history, very interesting. I've done walking tours. And I think clients usually are interested in it, too."
With his 25 years as a Manhattan residential real estate broker, Jeffrey can offer his clients and customers the benefits of a depth of knowledge and experience that is difficult to match. Jeffrey has lived in his Greenwich Village co-op loft for over 30 years and has served as secretary on his Board of Directors for most of that time. He serves as vice president of his block association and participates in community-based events from time to time. Jeffrey also serves with a group of brokers on a committee that creates programs and encourages other brokers to join and support the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation. Over the years, he has represented sellers in many of the best buildings in the Village and on Gramercy Park, as well as other neighborhoods. Jeffrey has had longstanding professional relationships with many buyers and sellers, and personal referrals from them are a major source of his customers and clients. Many of them have become good friends.
"I find that a low key, even-tempered approach works best with most people. I believe it makes me easy and pleasant to deal with—no pressure."
