Prior to real estate, Kevin traded oil and gas derivatives at the New York Mercantile Exchange. He holds a bachelor's degree in communications studies and business administration from Furman University. He's an avid runner and his lifelong love affair with soccer includes stints with the national team in the FIFA U-17 World Cup and as a varsity college player. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Kevin has lived in New York City for nearly two decades and currently resides in Manhattan's quaint West Village.
