She has a keen eye for design and a penchant for working with a variety of personalities, which enables her to instantly connect properties and people alike.
Prior to joining Compass, Kimberlee spent nearly two years with Corcoran. She began at their flagship office, 660 Madison Avenue, focusing primarily on the Upper East Side, and later moved to the Soho Office, Corcoran’s second largest grossing office, to expand her reach to the downtown market and new development.
At Compass, Kimberlee handles residential and multi-family re-sales and new development sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In this capacity, she works with buyers and sellers to find the perfect home as well as developers, architects, and interior designers to seamlessly execute the development process from pre-development to sales and marketing.
As a resident of the West Village, Kimberlee has loved living in New York since 2009. She hails from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, where she was a “lifer” at The Episcopal Academy and then went on to double-major in Finance and Marketing at the University of Delaware.
In her spare time, Kimberlee enjoys spinning, walking her pug, Peanut, trying new restaurants, and traveling to visit her family in Cape Town and Monaco. In the summer, Kimberlee also enjoys spending her weekends out east in the Hamptons and Montauk.
