    About Leah

Over her impressive 20-year career in New York City real estate, Leah Rubin has successfully brokered more than $100 million in residential and commercial sales and leases. Her recent marquee deals include residential sales at the new MoMa tower development, office condo sales at the International Gem Tower 50 West 47th Street, the lease of 12,000 square feet of office space at 529 Fifth Avenue and the sale of the building located at 238 Madison Avenue.

Leah’s passion for real estate began at an early age, fueled by observing her grandfather develop industrial property into office buildings in her native Montreal. Leah has been based in New York City for 30 years and currently resides on the Upper West Side, where she has particular expertise in condos and co-ops, having sold apartments in prestigious 590 West End Ave and 180 Riverside Drive. Leah is also well-versed in Midtown Manhattan, where she has tremendous expertise renting and selling residential and commercial condos, especially near her former office at the Crown building at 57th and Fifth.

Known for combining a friendly approach, comprehensive market knowledge and a commitment to extraordinary results, Leah is devoted to ensuring her clients are always fully informed and well-equipped to make the best decisions.

Leah holds a degree in finance from Touro College and a commercial real estate degree from NYU. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the National Association of Realtors and is fluent in Hebrew and some German.
