About Lee Ann
Lee Ann loves everything about New York City, a city that she has called her home for decades. She came to New York real estate 15 years ago from the worlds of architecture, art, design and business. She headed a successful graphic design firm that later developed into a creative, high-end greeting card company. She has had extensive experience in the design, renovation and restoration of co-ops, lofts and townhouses. Her expertise enables her to work well with staging companies and photographers to best market a property in the most visually effective way, resulting in the highest yields for the seller. Her experience also gives her the skills to successfully communicate with architects, interior designers and contractors for buyers contemplating a purchase. She is a Townhouse expert, having lived in a historic 1843 Gramercy Park townhouse and has personally worked with expeditors, the Department of Buildings and The Landmarks Preservation Commission on numerous renovations over the years.
With her 15 years of experience, she is known for her integrity and knowledge and has earned the trust respect of her clients and the New York Real Estate Community. Every transaction is different, and many are complicated, but she is quick on her feet to make every step go smoothly. Because she ran a business for so many years, her buyers and sellers benefit from her financial savvy, her attention to detail and standard of perfection and her ability to wade through complicated financial documents to prepare stellar co-op board application packages or offers in a competitive bidding situation. Lee Ann also has a large network of attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and other service providers to make all transactions as seamless as possible. She has represented many buyers and sellers throughout New York City in the sale or purchase of their coop, condo, townhouse.
