"My background in architecture uniquely enables me to partner with clients to understand their needs and help them assess and see the full potential of their future home."
With experience in both the commercial and residential real estate markets, Mark has established a reputation of utmost integrity, honesty and kindness - going above and beyond to support his clients who find him to be "extremely attentive", "informed, patient and responsive."
Before entering the real estate world, Mark spent 25 years as an Architect in New York. Early in his career he worked with world renowned architect I. M. Pei and went on to design for the Empire State Building and corporate giants such as GE, AXA, Oracle and Sunoco. Drawing upon this experience, Mark's keen design sensibility is an asset when marketing new properties; his insights enable clients to visualize the full potential and understand how to maximize all that a space has to offer.
Mark grew up on a working farm in Pennsylvania but was always drawn to urban life. After earning his B. of Architecture at Virginia Tech, he moved to New York City where he is motivated by its vibrant energy and cultural diversity. A long-time resident of midtown's westside, he and his wife own a co-op on West 57th Street, where he serves as officer of the building's co-op board. Among Mark's passions are his investment in and service to the local community. Since the early '90s, he has been a member of the Clinton Community garden - one of the oldest and most established in the city, where he currently serves as chairman of the steering committee.
