Nikolay’s main believe is that being the best in the business requires living and breathing real estate. He shows professionalism and diligence in every transaction he does in order to secure the best deal for his clients.
His multinational background of living in Spain, Russia and United States allows him to relate and understand multiple nationalities and help them to find a place they can call home in a very fast paced New York City. His ability to converse in three languages - English, Spanish and Russian helps him to attend various clients' needs and communicate at ease.
He has previously worked in hospitality, sales and training of pro tennis athletes, which all led him to his final conclusion of working in real estate sales. Real estate is his final destination and building long lasting relationships with clients is his priority. He loves meeting and attending clients needs, whether it is renting, buying or selling.
When not helping clients, Nikolay is a tennis enthusiast who played on a Division I Tennis team and trained in a professional academy in Spain. He also enjoys socializing and exploring his favorite city – New York!
