Born and raised in Israel, Rotem served two years in the military where she became a senior instructor, later working for The Ministry of Defense and eventually owning her own restaurant. She graduated from the esteemed Tel Aviv Institute of Business with a dual major in Business and Marketing. New York City is her calling. Her keen eye for detail and seasoned service skills make her a trusted advisor to her clients for over a decade.
