While I was a successful Product Manager making the most of my MBA from The Wharton School, I renovated and sold an apartment -- and had a great time in the process. From there grew a passionate hobby, which evolved into a new career. More than twenty years later, I feel lucky to have found a "job" I continue to enjoy this much. Those who know me say I was born to be a real estate broker. I love working with people and excel at creative problem solving. I'm a natural salesperson and quick thinking negotiator. I'm very adept with numbers and have a strong financial background. I'm resourceful and creative. If you're a seller, I'll help you price your home, make suggestions for how to make it look its best, and then I'll advertise and show your apartment to as many qualified buyers as it takes to find the right one. I'll then work with you to negotiate a deal to your best advantage, help you line up a professional team (lawyer, mortgage broker, contractor, etc.), and skillfully prepare your board package. I'll be there with you until the day we close.
