Located at 76 North 4th Street, the former 1930's steel factory has been transformed into 83 individually unique and luxury loft apartments. The building affords a variety of public and private outdoor spaces, including a massive, furnished and communal roof deck that features a plush Synlawn surface, a bocce/corn-hole court, private cabanas, a sun deck with lounge chairs, with sweeping views and a truly remarkably Williamsburg vibe.
