Having relatives of the Koeppel real estate family, Sam felt passionate in following the footsteps of his family. With a strong work-ethic and keen to details, Sam is fortifying a reputation for being a viable advocate of the fast-paced real estate industry. Naturally open-minded, he can be seen either biking or walking the various neighborhoods that give New York City it's character. Sam loves reading up on the newest restaurants, bars and must-things-to-do here in the city.
Finishing his B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Wagner College this year, Sam had previously worked at a solar energy Yield-Co. in his hometown of Avon, CT. In college he also studied abroad in Dublin at Dublin City University, and travelled to 13 different countries in the EU including: France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands and the U.K. Motivated by the ever changing opportunities the city has to offer and the ability to make new friends from all walks of life, Sam loves knowing that one day at work will never be the same as another.
