Originally from California, Susan earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from San Diego State University. A long-time resident of the Upper West Side, when not working, she can be found playing tennis, snow and water skiing, and attending her two teenage sons' sporting events.
