Susan’s wide-ranging business background includes extensive experience in strategic consulting and management. She has held high-level positions as a Global Partner at Deloitte Consulting and as an Associate Partner at Accenture. In addition, she has been the CEO of 180s, a specialty outdoor apparel brand, and was a Vice President of Operations at Accretive Health.
The insightful listening skills Susan developed allow her to work closely with each client to grasp exactly what they are looking for in a property. She is adept at explaining the specific financial issues present in any transaction. Having bought and sold multiple properties herself, Susan has a unique approach to marketing properties to achieve maximum value.
A native of Dallas, Texas who has lived in San Francisco, Marin County, Chicago and Baltimore, Susan loves New York City like nowhere else. She has lived in the Flatiron district since 1998 and is particularly knowledgeable of the downtown neighborhoods.
An avid contemporary art collector, she is a member of the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum, the New Museum, Site Santa Fe, and the International Center of Photography. She has served on the Board of The New York Foundation of the Arts. She holds a BA in Philosophy from Tulane University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Susan is a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Fountain House, Golden Gate University, Tulane University, and the Wounded Warrior Project.
