With an eight-year tenure in the restaurant business, Veronica is an operational master at creating a seamless customer experience. Certified in Total Quality Management (TQM), Veronica holds an MBA in Operations Management from San Francisco State University; and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State. She lives in Park Slope with her husband and three children.
