"Oscar was wonderful to work with - he walked us through the process from start to finish. What to expect from all aspects of the sell. He helped us to decide what upgrades we should do to the house to make it more appealing to buyers and what didn't need to be done. He checked on our progress throughout the work. We called on him throughout the process when we had any questions. He explained what to expect from our open houses and kept us optimistic about the time line of sell and closing. He worked with us to decide on the sale price of the home instead of just telling us what it would sell for.
