Oscar Hailar served in the worlds greatest Navy for 8yrs. Oscars back round involves in client care, leadership roles, negotiations, and solutions specialist. Oscar loves lifting weights and competes in regional events in men’s physic where he has placed 1st in state and 3rd place in the region

Oscar is married with three children and loves spending time with them. He treats client as if they were family and develops long lasting relationships with his clients. To him it is more than just the sale but a journey which carries on past the sale.

He organizes charity events and feeds the homeless and continues to be involved in the community as he cares for his neighbor and the people. His goal is to help everyone achieve the goal of homeownership and to teach and guide his clients every step of the way whether it is the buying process or selling process. He leads a team of 5 licensed realtors on the Hailar Home Team and continues to build the team to reach and help as many people as possible.
