About Patrice

I represent buyers, families, trustees, and heirs throughout Santa Monica, Venice, and the Westside, with additional experience serving clients in Palos Verdes Estates and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. My practice is especially well suited to transactions that require patient guidance, careful coordination, and clear communication among multiple parties.
I spent ten years working with a real estate investment fund from its inception through the development of 20 residential sites in Venice. I also worked with the City of Santa Monica on affordable-housing matters and have handled numerous transactions involving attorneys, business managers, financial advisers, and other professional representatives.
That background taught me to look beyond the obvious, anticipate issues early, and ensure that the right people are communicating throughout a transaction. Real estate complications are rarely the ones clients expect; thoughtful preparation and steady coordination can make an enormous difference.
Today, I work with first-time buyers who want the process explained patiently and without jargon, as well as families, trustees, and heirs selling estate or inherited property. These sales often involve a longtime family home, significant emotions, and coordination with trust-and-estate attorneys, fiduciaries, CPAs, business managers, or other advisers. I help clients prepare the property, understand their options, organize the process, and move forward at a pace that respects the family’s circumstances.
My approach is straightforward: listen closely, explain clearly, anticipate risks, and remain actively involved from beginning to end. Whether a transaction is a first home purchase, a trust or estate-property sale, a multi-party decision, or a property with development or redevelopment considerations, I want every client to feel informed, prepared, and well cared for.
