"As a first-time homebuyer, having a good ally and advocate in a realtor was critical to succeed. I had been looking casually on my own for a year, and finally decided to connect with Mark and Patrick. We had a good connection and he had a good knowledge of the market and things to look for. He was not a pressuring person, and had a good eye for the things you want checked in buying a home (AC unit, drainage, roof, etc.) After a year of searching on my own, it was about 2 months from first meeting to handing over keys to my perfect home. They were responsive, responsible, and prepared for all steps in the process. Also received a good referral from realtor for some contractors on housework. Contractors did solid work, but you will need to negotiate your own prices with them. The biggest thing that I think Patrick helped me on is saving me from myself. I thought I was going to have to move out to the boonies for what I wanted, and Patrick did an excellent job of keeping an eye out for what I wanted, but closer in. Not only that, we found something cheaper than what I was expecting to pay. Without his excellent guidance and eye for the market I wouldn’t be as happy as I am. My only concern about the process was that I might have overpaid on the home in question, and could have had better guidance on a lower counter offer. It was a multiple offer situation within 24 hours which is a very hard thing to judge, and ultimately, I got the home I wanted so that’s the ultimate win. As a counterpoint, when the inspection came back, he was able to knock off thousands from the offer, so it worked out well. No problem recommending them and will likely use their services when it’s time to upgrade in a decade or so." - Jeff
"Patrick is not only my new go to real estate agent, he is my new go to best friend (which he will know once he reads this post.) But honestly, working with him was a joy. Patrick Sarb is one of the friendliest, funniest people I’ve met and extremely knowledgable about the Austin market. You would be a fool to work with anyone in Austin besides him!" - Kameron
"Patrick and the whole team are awesome! Very professional and get things done fast. We have purchased and rented houses with Alex and Patrick and I would definitely recommend them." - Patricia
"We worked with Patrick who was such an amazing, efficient, and dedicated realtor. He helped us get our dream home quickly, and for the price we wanted. Patrick took care of looking into a huge variety of paperwork, questions, last minute needs from our lender, and was always kind spirited and motivated to get us our best deal. House hunting/buying can be so very stressful, but Patrick was so understanding and patient with us as that it was a very painless experience! We always felt like a priority. Already recommended him to a few people because we trust and like him. Great company as well who always helped each other, and were knowledgeable and got us to the closing table. Thank you all!" - Cait
"Patrick was a huge help. He answered my questions same day as I’d email them and was very personable over the phone. I had never even been to Austin before moving there and he made the entire transition a lot smoother. He even went so far as to go to the properties for me and take pictures himself so I could get a better view of what it looked like. All without my even asking to do so although it turned out to be highly helpful." - Joe

Born the eldest of six kids, nephew to twenty-eight aunts and uncles, and one of over fifty cousins, Patrick learned early on the value of compassion, cooperation, and a good sense of humor. His inclination to entertain his siblings and cousins led to a pursuit of the theatre arts. After graduating from Northwestern University’s Theatre Program, Patrick had the great fortune to work at some of Chicago’s best theatres and restaurants, and to perform in the Broadway and Las Vegas companies of Mamma Mia. This brought him to his “light bulb” moment: the skills he had developed through his work in the theatre and culinary arts- collaboration, communication, and customer service- were perfectly suited for a career in real estate.
Patrick is no stranger to hard work and it is his goal to get everything done behind the scenes so that his clients have a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable home buying, selling, or leasing process. Meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals from start to finish is in his blood and one of his favorite things to do.
Patrick couldn’t be more proud to call Austin his home and jumps at any opportunity to share it. He loves exploring Austin’s food scene, cooking for friends at home, taking trips to Texas wine country, hiking the green belt, painting in his spare time, and above all, being with his husband, Mike, and their dog, Stevie.
As an Austin homeowner, Patrick understands the ups and downs of home buying and will work tirelessly to make your and purchase as exhilarating as it ought to be. Or, if life is taking you outside of the Austin area, he'll work with you to find the right buyer for your home.
Patrick's background in the service and entertainment industries has instilled in him a sense of satisfaction derived from working collaboratively to deliver the very best. He would like to be your advocate. Let's find your home together.
