Patty DeGeorge

Patty hails from the Northeast and is a true Jersey Girl at heart. Though she may be the newest addition to the Wertz Group, travel and real estate are a constant in her life. Before accepting her passion for real estate, Patty worked in the hospitality industry as a chef in major hotels and restaurants along the East Coast. The service industry runs in her veins, and she loves providing others with kindness and compassion to ensure the best experience is delivered.

Patty understands how hard it can be to find the perfect home.  She’s been traveling around the globe as a military spouse, moving every two years- for the past 10 years!  Luckily, she was finally able to make Florida her permanent home. Now she's able to connect with her family again in the Largo and Seminole area.  She’s very familiar with the buying and selling process, and is so happy to put her expertise to work in the Sun Coast area (her favorite area of Florida).

When Patty’s not scouting out the best new restaurants and experiences on the Sun Coast, you can find her chasing after her 4-year-old son.  Never a dull moment in her house!  One of Patty's newest hobbies is furniture restoration-absolutely nothing to do with the kitchen!
