About Paul
Paul Italia was destined to be a top producer from the very start of his real estate career, which began over 17 years ago. Drawing on his successful finance background as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, he gained vast exposure to commercial real estate by advising and financing numerous development projects for his clientele, comprised of leading industry professionals.
By 2003, Paul left Wall Street and transitioned into commercial real estate investment sales at LVK. In just 18 months, he had become one of the highest performers, brokering $75 million in sales. Paul then served as a managing partner at both Extreme Realty Commercial Services and Freedom/Roth, and in 2012, founded and served as the principal of his own firm, Bowery Lane Group.
Over the years, Paul has provided his clients with valuable knowledge and market expertise, enabling him to keenly negotiate the purchase/sale of their investment properties. Now associated with Compass, he specializes in commercial investment sales, plus is skilled at consulting on acquisitions, construction, tax issues, distressed loan sales, private lending, property management, rentals, and other facets of the business.
