About Paula
Born, raised, and educated in Venezuela to parents from Colombia and Chile. Paula is a proud Latina, fluent in both English and Spanish with a degree in Business Administration. Paula started her Real Estate experience back in her native country working with her family properties that they would buy and sell or buy and rent out. When she arrived in the United States, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. She started working for a Developer/General Contractor that had luxury projects in Bay Harbor Islands, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, and Dania beach. She has immersed herself in everything from the pre-construction sales, interior design, upgrades, and turnover of units, both from the real estate side and the development side. Shortly after, she got licensed as a Real Estate Agent and her goal is to continue to establish herself in the South Florida market, working with luxury condos, luxury single-family homes, luxury commercial, and all types of luxury rentals.
Paula is a very motivated individual, one who works with the highest professional ethical standards in any environment.
