About Phil

I am a REALTOR® with unique perspective and knowledge of Park Ridge and its surrounding communities. Moved here by my parents when I was just 6 months old, I grew up playing hockey on frozen South Park in the winter and manning shortstop at Hinkley Field during summers. Organized, competitive sports have always been a big part of my life, from which I am grateful to have learned values such as integrity and focus. I'm also a current resident of Park Ridge, with my amazing wife (also raised in Park Ridge) and two children. I've witnessed many changes over the last 4 decades here, and use this experience to position homes to sell quickly based on the value I know comes with being a resident.

In my real estate practice, I strive for three ideals. First, to always act with integrity and honesty. Open communication and mutual trust are key to a positive experience. Second, to be incredibly effective and wildly creative to achieve my clients' desired end result. I employ 20 years of my experience in professional selling, negotiations, and building value to bridge gaps between parties. I firmly believe in being proactive regarding details that can cause issues before they become a problem. Lastly, to be supportive on the emotional path to the closing table. While I provide the shield between clients and the stressful components of the process, I realize communication is key. Unknowns breed worry, so providing an open line to what's happening behind the scenes is paramount.

My mission is to establish relationships with clients on a firmer and more lasting basis. What drives me is helping people achieve their goals. But the engine behind that is a deep desire to WIN. I consider myself unbelievably lucky to have chosen a profession that allows me to win for clients. While that does indeed result in us accomplishing what we teamed up to do, it's also immensely fulfilling.
