JoEllen Musselman

JoEllen has always been passionate about real estate. As a child she would save up my money to buy the “home plans” magazines, and pick up the free Real Estate magazines at the grocery store. Now she gets help others make home ownership a reality everyday, and it’s a dream come true. Before real estate, JoEllen worked in the hotel, banking, and finance industries. JoEllen is committed to delivering excellent service to every client. In her role, she specializes in the real estate contract, that all deadlines are met, we get to closing smoothly and on time.

JoEllen and her husband have been married for over 20 years, and have 3 children, 1 bonus child who they host from China, while he attends high school, and a sweet doggy named Livie. They’ve lived in the Chestnut Hill/Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia since 2011. Before that, job relocations had them moving every couple of years, we’ve lived in DC, Chicago, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota & Florida.

JoEllen loves reading, running, going to musicals, and weekend getaways, especially to NYC.
