About Ryan

Driven by a strong passion for real estate, Ryan began his real estate career immediately following his graduation from college. While still in school Ryan held internships in finance, marketing, advertising, and public relations but always had a strong desire to focus on real estate. In 2008 after obtaining his degree in business management from the University of Delaware, Ryan joined the HUGH MERKLE TEAM.

As a licensed New Jersey real estate agent, Ryan has had the opportunity to experience the real estate business in many different areas including rentals, transaction management, and sales. These experiences, along with Ryan’s diverse business background and strong desire to satisfy the needs of his clients have allowed him to be the agent of choice for buyers and sellers in Cape May County.

Ryan specializes in residential luxury vacation home sales in Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle, Ocean City, Cape May, The Wildwoods and along the New Jersey coast but enjoys helping his clients with any real estate needs they have. Ryan is also a proud member of the Union League of Philadelphia, and a 2004 graduate of Holy Ghost Preparatory School in Bensalem, PA.
