Phillip has long family ties to South Florida, and has been living and working in the area full time since 2016, making him intimately familiar with Palm Beach Island, West Palm Beach, and surrounding communities. He combines a warm, welcoming personality with sophistication and business acumen. Raised between Philadelphia’s Main Line and Chicago’s North Shore, he has been a musician since childhood. In his first career, Phillip’s educational background in classical music landed him in New York City where he worked at two of the largest performing arts and classical music management companies as an agent to internationally renowned instrumentalists, opera singers, and touring orchestras and ballet companies. Phillip’s interest in real estate undoubtedly started with his father, who was intent on imparting everything from market research to negotiating, to the appreciation of architecture, design, periods, and style. With Phillip’s professional background in sales, service, and contract negotiations – and an infectious passion and excitement for everything he does – he is the ideal representative in a demanding real estate market.
