Precious Edwards

Precious was Born in Bossier City, LA, but raised in Central Florida, she has hospitality and the love of assisting people in her veins. With a passion for excellence and a personal familiarity with all aspects of Florida living, Precious is well suited to assist anyone with buying or selling real estate in the Sunshine State.  

Precious grew up in Sanford, FL, the city seat of Seminole County. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Precious spent over 20 years in the legal field as a legal assistant/paralegal, working in prestigious firms throughout Central Florida. Her success in that role gave her years of experience with determination, professionalism and ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.  Her number one goal is to provide exceptional service and to guide her clients throughout the transaction seamlessly.

She has an “eye" for making a house a home and has built a team of inspectors, interior designers, and vendors to assist with making her client's homes look like model homes and somewhere you love coming home to! She can also stage a property being sold to assist potential buyers with visualizing the ultimate potential of the property. Her infectious personality and "can do" attitude makes her the ideal Realtor to assist clients through one of the biggest investments they will make.  

When she's not working with her clients to achieve their real estate dreams, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters; traveling and creating memories with family and friends.
