Originally born and raised in Scotland, UK, Rachael has been in the DC Washington-Metro-Area for over 10-years. Rachael brings a strong background in Residential Development and Property Management, where she managed a Commercial portfolio in the UK since 2003 with a few ongoing projects currently. Being the Entrepreneur that she is, Rachael also started a successful Recruitment company in 1994 which she sold in 2009, before moving to Washington DC.
