Rachel Montiel comes to The Kasper Group as the marketing and transactional right hand to Rich Kasper. Rachel’s decision to join the team was based on the shared commitment to providing exceptional service with a carefully tailored home buying and selling plan through the use of cutting-edge technology, comprehensive research, and target marketing. Additionally, her outstanding vendor relationship management skills make Rachel the ideal point person for builders, leveraging her vast knowledge of design trends to provide invaluable input that will maximize asking price value. Her experience as broker on a sold-out East Lakeview development of 130 units has helped her to apply the same tenacity and persevering spirit to all of her endeavors.
