Ray Kozak has been in the real estate and relocation industries since 1979 and holds a California Real Estate Broker's License. Ray's career includes many years of being involved with all facets of the employee relocation industry, years of working on asset management with national lenders, extensive experience in real estate company management, and also working extensively with buyers and sellers in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
Ray currently holds his Corporate Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the nationally recognized Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has been a member of ERC for many years. During his time in the relocation industry, he worked directly with corporations and their transferred employees through all facets of an employee's move. He also maintained close communication with the corporation to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ray has also lived in the Bay Area of California for over 30 years. The knowledge and experience he has acquired during this time of all the local markets provides great value to his customers.
Ray prides himself on ethical and honest treatment of his clients. He would rather not proceed on a transaction if it isn't right for the client. He treats customers like he likes to be treated himself. This business philosophy has helped Ray build repeat business from satisfied customers.
Ray grew up in Connecticut and obtained his MBA from the University of Connecticut. He now lives in Walnut Creek with his wife, Melanie, who is also a agent. They both work together to ensure the best possible service to their clients. Ray and Melanie have two children and have been actively involved with the local schools and many community functions. When Ray is not selling real estate, he enjoys traveling, outdoor recreation or just going to San Francisco or the Wine Country to be a tourist for a day.
