Reilly Flood

With a degree in hospitality and business from James Madison University, client service is ingrained in Reilly’s DNA. Reilly brings her experience in the hospitality industry and experience working for Compass as a real estate assistant to the industry. Originally from Long Island, Reilly has made the DMV her home after graduating from college. She spent two and a half years living in Southeast D.C., Alexandria, and has since found her place to call home in the quiet suburbs of Falls Church. 

Introduced to the world of real estate while serving as a Real Estate Assistant to two top producing Compass agents in the DC region, Reilly realized her passion for guiding others and her proactive personality would serve her clients well as a real estate agent. She has joined the Atlas Group of Compass, a top producing and award winning team in the DC Metropolitan area.

Outside of real estate, you can find Reilly enjoying a walk with her goldendoodle- Lupa, at a local restaurant, working out, or visiting her nephews.
