Originally from Mexico, Rene had a career in finance and banking before relocating to the U.S. He lived in The Heights in Houston for 12 years before moving to Austin in 2013. Though travel is close to his heart, Rene understands there's nothing quite like home. Nothing is more personal than buying or selling a home. Rene lives in Windsor Park with his husband Troy, an award-winning architect, and their dog, Sol. Together, they run Camiba Cultural Tours, offering bespoke art and culture immersions for small groups around North, Central, and South America.
