"Riely was referred to me by my cousin 4 years ago when I rented my condo. My cousin knows I'm a tough customer so she knows to only recommend the best to me. Riely certainly delivered. He found a great tenant that lived there for 3 years by being proactive vs reactive. He did his own advertising to widen our selection and it worked. I was nervous never having done that before and he made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and never pressured me. I also moved to a new area for the first time and needed a lot of help since I was unfamiliar with the area. Riely found me a place I have been happy at for a few years. Fast forward 3 years, I decided to sell my condo and potentially relocate. People say that selling can be a headache, but Riely made the process so easy. I did not do anything. I didn't even need to go to the condo once. He made sure everything went smoothly and was extra communicative with me with everything that was going on because he knows I worry. During this process, I was also looking at places to move. I have been happy where I am at, but considered a change. Riely put a lot of time into finding me the perfect place and was as patient with me as ever. I ended up deciding not to make the move after all though. I didn't want to let Riely down, but had to tell him I decided against relocating. He was incredibly understanding, and even though he would gain nothing from it, he continued to offer any assistance I needed in regards to renewing my lease at my current location. Throughout the process, I asked a lot of questions. Even if Riely and I didn't schedule a time to talk, he was always super responsive. He answered my questions quickly and followed through on everything he said he would do. He also took the time to get to know me and what was important to me so when we toured, he knew questions to ask that I would need to know that I didn't even think to ask. If you are ever in need of a realtor for anything, look no further - choosing Riely should be a no brainer.
