About Rob
Rob Norquist is the Managing Director of Sales in California for Orange County and Long Beach. With over 30 years experience in the real estate, first as agent and now on the management side, Rob is very passionate this business that can create so much opportunity for so many.
When Compass reached out with the opportunity to be the founding Sales Manager in Orange County, the answer was a quick yes. Compass in our region has grown to be the number company by sales volume for the year 2021. Such a short period of time to reach that level of achievement, which is a testament to all the amazing agents and support staff we get to work with each and every day.
Rob has served as a California Association of REALTORS director for over a decade, was the REALTOR of the Year for the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS in 2013 where he twice served as their President.
When not working, Rob enjoys spending with his wife and two daughters in Huntington Beach along with their large collection of pets.
