About Ron
Ron Agababian is a career real estate professional with over four decades of experience successfully working with tenants, developers, buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate property goals. A graduate of Georgetown University, Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in life sciences, biology and chemistry.
After thirty years as a commercial real estate broker in Washington, DC, Boston and New York City, Ron transitioned to provide strategic business development support at GC/CM construction firms in 2008. More recently he formed Capevest Advisors, an owner’s rep project services firm providing project management services to residential and commercial property owners as they organize renovation and new construction projects.
Ron’s a knowledgeable, client-centric, real estate transaction professional, experienced at representing buyers and sellers. His residential brokerage abilities include organizing targeted market investigations, analyzing potential acquisitions and successfully negotiating to achieve attractive real estate contract terms both for buyers and sellers.
Ron brings a keen awareness of the neighboring towns in lower Fairfield County to the Dave Krasnoff’s DK Homes team. He and his wife have lived in the local Westport/Weston community for the past two decades where they raised their daughters, both recently graduating from Weston High school, now enrolled at their respective colleges.
As an empty nester, Ron’s now enjoying a more active urban lifestyle living in the Strawberry Hill section of Stamford. His recent life-style reorganizing can provide useful insights to future empty nesters. Ron and Dave Krasnoff have been friends since 2017, they’re excited about working together to provide an impressive level of property services focused on buying and selling homes.
