About Ronda
Ronda has established herself as a consummate professional in residential real estate. Over the past several years, Ronda has developed a substantial Real Estate practice by building exceptional relationships with her clients on both the buying and selling side. She brings a wealth of experience to Compass, and is a tremendous member of our team.
Ronda has been a San Francisco Peninsula resident since 1974. She graduated from the Management College of San Francisco. In addition to her career in Real Estate, she also has experience in property management, and interior decorating. Neighborhood children have known Ronda as their Girl Scout leader, their soccer coach, and as their Little League cheerleader. She is dedicated to her family, (two children, and husband, Tom), to her church, and the Baywood community she lives in. Her passion is people, which makes Real Estate a natural calling for her and has shown in her top producing performance year after year. She brings dedication, enthusiasm, and loyalty to her clients, in each and every situation. Her tremendous attention to detail and incredible intuition are just a few of the traits her clients can count on when negotiating the best deal for them. Ronda is thrilled to now have her nephew, Bill O'Leary, on her team.
