He has also built strong relationships with some of the city's preeminent developers over the years, spearheading such projects as lease-up of a prominent rental property on 28th Street and working on multiple launches of downtown loft developments. Rory's expertise and market knowledge range from Lower Manhattan to the Upper East Side, a result of having lived in various parts of Manhattan the last 13 years. A native of Long Island's Dix Hills, Rory holds a BA in Urban Development and a minor in Sales and Marketing from the University of Maryland. When he's not at work, he loves spending time with his two sons, attending sporting events and playing basketball and softball.
