Ryan O'Kelley

Ryan brings over 15 years of experience across both private and public companies where is has been involved in business development, contract negotiation and leasing efforts across multiple roles. Prior to joining Ulterre, Mr. O’Kelley was employed as Business Development Manager with Castell Oil Company from 2017-2019 where he lead acquisition and development efforts throughout the continental U.S. From 2013-2017, he was employed as Vice President, Land at Eagle Energy Exploration, LLC where he was responsible for leading the Land and Title due-diligence efforts for over $225 MM of oil and gas assets that the company acquired in the Mid-Continent. Before that, Mr. O'Kelley was employed as Land Team Lead at Midstates Petroleum, Inc. and prior to that, Senior Landman at Eagle Energy Company of Oklahoma, LLC. From 2006-2012 he worked at XTO Energy, Inc. as Senior Landman. Mr. O'Kelley has worked numerous basins in the U.S. and earned his B.B.A. Degree in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma in 2005.
