"It's not easy to organize and buy a property in the San Diego area when you live in Switzerland, but the stars aligned and we found the right person in Kurtney Noonan to bring this to fruition in August 2010 when we began looking, through early November 2010. That's right, 13 weeks from "search to close" done remotely from Europe! Without Kurtney the purchase of our beautiful condo on Mission Beach would not have happened. We met in early August to begin hunting for properties with a decent idea of what we wanted and Kurtney was more than prepared with various property ideas given our short two-week stay in San Diego. “In March of 2021, I decided that I wanted to make the move from Los Angeles to North County San Diego because my first grandchild was due in June. My son and his wife lived in La Jolla, and I wanted to be closer to them, but still close enough to Los Angeles to commute if I needed to.
