Sean Purcell

I come from a small town just outside of San Diego, a place that instilled in me the values of community and simplicity. During my formative years, I juggled academics and sports with equal enthusiasm, which led to nationwide recognition for my football and shot-put skills.

My journey continued at Princeton University, where I chose to major in Psychology. My ambition? To make it to the Olympics as a shot-putter. Along the way, I gained a profound understanding of mindset and success, enriched by my degree in Psychology.

Over the past thirty years, I've worn multiple professional hats, and each has led me back to my one true passion: Coaching. For more than a decade, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals from all walks of life pursue their unique path to success.

I live in sunny San Diego with my wife and grown kids. I have the honor of managing/coaching over 200 agents for Compass as well as coaching agents nationwide for Tom Ferry Inc. Every day I rely on what I have learned and continue learning, excited by the opportunities that surround us.

My mission is straightforward yet profound: To positively impact the life, and life energy, of as many people as possible. I bring a rich blend of academic, sporting, financial, and real-world wisdom to the table, all delivered with warmth and commitment. I have but one goal for everyone I coach: To live a life of personal greatness.
