About Sandy
Selling 200 homes isn’t easy, but Sandy makes it seem that way. Her well-informed and sound market knowledge combined with her tenacity, sensibility, and calm demeanor affords her clients peace of mind throughout the transaction.

Sandy has successfully navigated clients through varying market conditions. She has sold single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and condos across the Bay Area.

Sellers entrust Sandy with all aspects of the sale: pre-market preparation, managing contractors and home improvements, ensuring beautiful staging, marketing the property, evaluating offers, negotiating the best possible deal, and ensuring all paperwork is completed to protect the seller. Buyers know Sandy’s tenacity has enabled them to get the house they wanted; she is the friendly squeaky wheel that delivers success.

Sandy has been part of the real estate industry virtually her entire life. Growing up in Newport Beach, California, she witnessed her mother hold residential top producer status for over 25 years while her father was a commercial real estate attorney. She saw firsthand the hard work and dedication required and parlayed her upbringing into a strong work ethic and thriving career.

Sandy plays a leadership role in the San Francisco Association of Realtors® as she is a Committee Chairman to network with leaders and shape the direction of the organization. She is committed to lifelong learning and attends weekly and monthly real estate classes. She is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert.

Sandy earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her MBA with honors from the University of San Francisco. She has been a longtime homeowner and property investor. She lives with her husband and teenage children, so understands firsthand the nuances of what it takes to raise a family and navigate school choices in the Bay Area.
