Sanjay Kettels, is an Oakland native, with a B.A. in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley and a former Student-Athlete who was raised with a passion for real estate while working in his family construction business from a very young age. Throughout the years working in his family’s general contracting company, Sanjay developed a strong sense of commitment and dedication to the integrity of every project and each deal.
Sanjay brings that commitment and knowledge of east bay neighborhoods and communities into real estate. In addition to his knowledge of the local market, he has a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and contractors. This allows him to provide his clients with a full range of services and resources to help them achieve success.
His approach to real estate is simple: Clients are first! He prides himself on his ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences. Realizing that at the end of the day, real estate is more than a transaction but about building personal relationships between clients and realtors.
One of Sanjay’s strengths is being calm under pressure, a skill that he’s acquired from his holistic lifestyle and martial arts training. Real estate is not alone in capturing Sanjay’s heart…he also loves the outdoors, fishing, and Jujitsu.
