Relentlessly curious, Lucas makes a study of learning about people and what motivates them to buy. Lucas decided to come to Compass when he discovered the power of the company’s technology and agent tools. A tech-savvy digital native, he was immediately fascinated with the Compass website and apps, realizing just how much value he could bring to clients by becoming an expert at using them.
An East Coast native, Lucas’ family moved to Santa Barbara while he attended Boston College. After 4 years of regularly escaping the snow for the beauty of the Central Coast, he knew where he would end up. He has since made a life here, raising two puppies (Bernie and Zoey), buying a home in “Noleta” and meeting his beautiful wife, Katie. After spending most of his life on the East Coast, Lucas never takes the wonder of Santa Barbara for granted, and he loves sharing his adopted home with as many people as possible (which includes his running list of the area’s best food and cocktails).
